Museum Passes Eligibility The purpose of our Museum Pass Program is to help make museum experiences accessible to our West Hempstead patrons. The Family Pass portion of the program consists of museums that have provided the library with passes that may be borrowed and returned, similar to a book. We also offer a Museum Lottery for single-use tickets to the New York Hall of Science. Only West Hempstead Library cardholders (age 18 or older) in good standing are eligible. Residents of the district who do not presently own a library card need to apply for one in order to participate in this valuable program that offers free entry to a variety of metropolitan cultural institutions.
