Dear Families,
This summer, children in the Birth-Grade 5 Reading Club will have the option of logging the minutes they have spent reading, or have been read to, either in person or online, using READsquared. There is also an app that may be downloaded.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
*Registration for this program begins Sunday, June 12th at 12:00P.M.*
For ease of use of this program, after choosing Register Now, please be sure to choose the Myself + Other Readers option. This will allow you to create an account that will only require 1 username & 1 password for the family!
Choose Parent Registration for Children, and follow the parental registration prompts to register yourself. Next, you can register your child(ren) by following the Additional Reader prompts, adding them to the correct age groups.
If you need to make any future changes to your account, such as by joining a Club, yourself, or by adding additional family members, you will have the option to log back in and make those changes from the parental account! Just click on Account and then Add Reader or Program to add or link the additional reader.
If you prefer for your child to have a singular registration, you may choose the Myself Only option, instead, when registering. Choose the appropriate field for your child’s age.

LOGGING INFORMATION
*The logging of minutes read begins Monday, June 27th and ends Friday, August 12th. 420 minutes must be logged by August 12th, in order for your child(ren) to complete the requirements of the Club.*
*Please be aware that it is very important to choose the correct reader’s account when logging minutes, in order for your family member to receive accurate credit for the time spent reading. You can find your family member’s name under Reader Accounts, or by clicking on the picture of the person when on the app, using the arrow to choose the correct reader. Choose the picture of the pen to log the minutes read.*
*As long as their time is logged weekly, children can come to the Children’s Room Desk to claim their weekly prize, throughout the program.*
